All Hell Broke Loose the Day Before
Nur Sultan Bulut | Türkiye | 2025 | IMAC Film | 12:00
Synopsis
On a Sunday in the apartment, Ayşe set a beautiful table for Nergis, Hatice, and Öznur. While everyone was eating and drinking tea, they asked each other questions. However, no one at the table was comfortable with being asked about their lives. Each of them made an effort to change the subject. Eventually, the conversation shifted to someone who wasn’t there—Nergis’s sister-in-law. Since this woman, who was in the process of getting a divorce, was not at the table, they could talk about her freely. However, as the discussion went on, the women grew increasingly uncomfortable. Time passed, the conversation came to an end, and everyone dispersed to their homes.
