In a neighbourhood field, Lilik a housewife, leads a group of women preparing to film an exercise video to celebrate the anniversary of their exercise club, wearing tiger-patterned outfits as a special dress code. Just a few minutes, Lilik’s exercise group is disbanded because their outfits are deemed inappropriate and the loud music is considered disruptive to the neighbourhood’s peace. The temporary halt of the exercise session frustrates Lilik, prompting her to decide to continue the activity. Together with Nanik, her neighbor and best friend, Lilik regathers the group members to secretly resume their exercise sessions.
